  Adoofan works hard to ensure that all our products are picked, shipped on time and accurately. First of all, if you would like to request cancel, replacement or refund for any reasons, please contact support at support@adoofan.com and following our guide. You have 3 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s). We guarantee to issue you a return in the following situations:

  • The products are defective.
  • You received a different size from what you ordered.
  • You received a different product from what you ordered.

  To initiate a return, please contact us via live chat or email support. Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is made. Evaluation criteria include the following:

  • Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris (for sneaker items), and all original packaging included.
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • Item(s) must be shipped to us within 3 days from your request is accepted. The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.

  After contacting our supports and receive our response, please do exactly following instructions:

  • Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email.
  • Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to our address.

  Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the item(s), less the shipping costs to and from you and less any priority processing fee paid. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. If we approve or reject to refund in your case for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers You will receive an email as soon as we received your items. RETURN SHIPPING COST: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking will be deducted from your refund. The Restocking Fee will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. (If the fault is ours, Damage, Wrong Product Sent, and so on there will not be any restocking fee). So you will lose 20% of the price of the item you placed. CANCELLATION After your order has been placed, in case you want to cancel your order to get a refund, please contact our Support Center and make the payment of processing fee (producing, payment gate fee, work piece product) as below:

  • Cancel in 1 hour since your order had been placed: Fee is 4$US/item.
  • Cancel after 1 hour since your order had been placed: we cannot cancel your order since it is fulfilled in our system.

  This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please contact our customer support to confirm your cancellation. If we do not receive your cancellation requirement, your orders will be processed as normal.   WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT ITEM OR REFUND? To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that: Firstly, customers have 3 business days from the day they received their item to request a replacement or refund. Secondly, each product has to be inspected carefully before delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we guarantee to issue you a free replacement or refund in the following situations:

  Please contact us with your order number and the clear photos showing either the incorrect item or the damaged area of the item.
